Exterior Sanitization & Playground Soft-Wash
Protecting little hands and your facility’s licensed reputation. We eliminate slippery mold, bacteria, sticky organic residues, and diaper corral odors using 200°F low-pressure thermal steam and 100% biodegradable, child-safe solutions across the Chicagoland Area.
Every Touchpoint Cleaned, Disinfected & Inspected
From the parent drop-off loop to the shaded infant playground, we eliminate hazards before they become parent complaints or licensing citations.
Playground Playsets & Swings
Soft-wash biocidal disinfection for plastic slides, vinyl play tunnels, climbing walls, and swing chains. Removes bird droppings, mold, sticky food fingerprints, and pollen without abrasive etching.
- Zero high-pressure damage to plastic components
- Botanical sanitizing rinse
- Shade awning & canopy soft-washing
Pour-in-Place & Rubber Safety Turf
Impact-absorbing playground rubber flooring traps organic juices, dirt, and mold spores deep in the pores. Our rotary hot-water extraction flushes contaminants without dislodging rubber granules.
- Maintains ASTM / IPEMA safety fall ratings
- Eliminates black algae slipping hazards
- Deep odor eradication from milk/juice spills
Parent Drop-Off Loop & Sidewalks
High-traffic entryways accumulate gum, coffee spills, mud tracks, and slippery green slime. We restore bright, slip-resistant concrete for parents carrying car seats and toddlers.
- High-volume rotary flatwork scrubbing
- Complete gum & grease removal
- Eliminates wet-weather slip-and-fall liability
Dumpster Corral & Diaper Disposal Pads
Diaper waste bins and food service dumpsters create severe bacterial odors that attract wasps, flies, and rodents. Our 200°F steam degreasing sterilizes concrete surfaces and neutralizes odors instantly.
- 200°F thermal grease & bacterial knockdown
- Enzymatic odor neutralizer treatment
- Wasp and pest attraction mitigation
Exterior Siding & Window Perimeters
Mold, mildew, and spider webs on exterior walls create a rundown first impression for prospective touring parents. We gently soft-wash brick, vinyl, EIFS, and glass perimeters.
- Low-pressure chemical application (under 100 PSI)
- Cleans high soffits, gutters & signage
- Pristine exterior for licensing reviews & tours
Fenced Play Yards & Tricycle Tracks
Vinyl and chain-link yard fences grow mildew from shaded lawn sprinklers. We thoroughly wash interior fence borders, paved bike tracks, and sandbox retaining walls.
- Rinses completely clean with zero soil toxic residue
- Safe for adjacent grass and play turf
- No overspray into adjacent preschool classrooms
